This page is used to select the Certificate number (Cert) for a desired report. A Cert is the first required field when selecting an Institution Specific Report. A Cert is a unique number given to all financial institutions when they register with federal regulators. If the Cert is already known, type it directly into the box provided. If the Cert is not known, the search engine may be used to find a Cert based on an institution's name, city, state, zip, and/or county. Once the criteria have been entered into the appropriate boxes, click on the Find button to advance to the next page.
