UBPR Date Format and Report Date

This page is used to select the Date Format and Report Dates to be used for the report. The Date Format and Report Dates are the final selections required for the application to generate a UBPR. The UBPR has three possible formats:

• The standard report format generates a UBPR using the date selected, the same quarter of the previous year, and the three previous year's ends. For example, if a standard report is chosen for 09/30/1998. The five quarters for the report will be 09/30/1998, 09/30/1997, 12/31/1997, 12/31/1996, and 12/31/1995. The system derives the other four dates from the first date selected.
  
  
• The previous five quarter report format generates a UBPR using the date selected along with the four consecutive previous quarters. For example, if a previous five report is chosen for 09/30/1998, the five quarters displayed on the report will be 09/30/1998, 06/30/1998, 03/31/1998, 12/31/1997, and 09/30/1997. The system derives the other four dates from the first date selected.
  
  
• The custom report format generates a UBPR using the five dates selected. Each of the five dates drop down fields must be filled in for the custom option to work properly.

To select a UBPR type click the radio button that corresponds with the desired type. To select the report date(s) click the arrow in the corresponding report date box to get a list of the valid report dates and then click on the desired date. A UBPR type and its corresponding report date(s) must be selected in order for this page to work properly. Once these fields are correctly selected click on the Generate Report button to view the UBPR online.
